Carrot Peanut Bread
- 3.5 c whole wheat flour
- 18 ounces carrot puree
- .5 c Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey or preferred sweetener
- 1.5 tsp dry yeast
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
- Mix Tru-Nut, carrot puree and yeast in a bowl.
- Add flour and stir until the mixture is very thick. Add olive oil and stir. Place mixture in baking pan(s) and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
- Bake at 400 F for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
