Peanut Banana sticky pancakes
Chinese-style pancakes. These pancakes are sticky and provide a nice flavor combination of banana and peanuts.

- ⅓ cup rice flour
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
- Mix well. Spoon into saucepan over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and cook for 2 minutes. No syrup needed.
