This peanut sauce is perfect for dishes like stir fry and pad thai, as well as for drizzling on salads.
- 4 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tbsp water, more or less to determine thickness
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sweet chili sauce
- Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Makes just over ½ cup of sauce.
