Chinese-style pancakes. These pancakes are sticky and provide a nice flavor combination of banana and peanuts.
  • 1/3 cup rice flour
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
  1. Mix well. Spoon into saucepan over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and cook for 2 minutes. No syrup needed.
