Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

A fresh update on a classic pancake recipe. Tru-Nut’s amazing peanut flavor really shines in this easy pancake recipe.
- 1 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter, Original Flavor (or Tru-Nut Peanut Flour)
- 1/2 banana, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/3 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until it looks like batter.
Use cooking spray to coat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour pancake batter into the pan in small-to-medium circles.
Once the pancakes firm, flip and cook for 1 minute or until cooked through.
- If you’d like, add some syrup, bananas and/or Tru-Nut on the top to garnish.
