Ingredients
  • Donut Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • Frosting Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 40g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp stevia
Instructions
  1. Directions for Donuts:
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  3. Grease large pan with coconut oil spray
  4. Melt coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds
  5. Mix together donut ingredients
  6. Pour batter into pan
  7. Cook for ten minutes
  8. Repeat above steps to make 6 more donuts
  9. Directions for frosting:
  10. Mix together frosting ingredients
  11. Let cool in the fridge while donuts bake
  12. Once donuts cool flip donuts upside down and coat with frosting
  13. Top donuts with sprinkles, chocolate chips, mini peanut butter cups..etc.
