This peanut sauce is perfect for dishes like stir fry and pad thai, as well as for drizzling on salads.
- 4 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tbsp water, more or less to determine thickness
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sweet chili sauce
- Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Makes just over 1/2 cup of sauce.
