Ingredients

1 tbsp Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter or Peanut Flour

1 1/2 cups milk of choice (dairy, almond, coconut, soy, oat)

1/2 tsp pure maple syrup

Pumpkin pie spice, to taste
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat the milk in a mug to desired temperature.
2. Whisk in the Tru-Nut, pumpkin spice and maple syrup.
3. Serve and drink immediately, topping with cream if desired.
